Gold Service *

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake Inspection Visits and notify the Landlord of the outcome (at five monthly intervals)
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Cherry Lets emergency line for property management issues

Silver Service *

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes

Bronze Service **

  • Professional Photographs
  • Tenancy Arrangement
  • Inventory
  • Collect and remit initial month’s rent received
  • Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes

Our Scale of Fees (inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%)

  • Gold Service Fee: 13.2 % of rent due* in addition to the Tenancy Arrangement Fee of £540
  • Silver Service Fee: 8.4% of rent due* in addition to the Tenancy Arrangement Fee of £540
  • Bronze Service Fee: the equivalent of one month’s rental**

*     Subject to minimum monthly fee: Silver £66; Gold £78 and minimum period of 12-month Tenancy Term (plus Tenancy Arrangement Fee)
**    Subject to a minimum fee of £900 payable in advance prior to the start of the Tenancy

We are a registered member of the Property Mark Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner. Download a copy of our Property Mark Client Money Protection Certificate here.

We are also members of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme for consumer complaints.
