They will also receive a £50 discount on their letting invoice!

Please note all of the following:

  • There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.
  • This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The referrer is eligible to receive a £50 voucher to spend at Saltway Farmshop if they refer a Landlord who completes a valuation appointment with Cherry Lets within six months.
  • The Landlord will receive £50 off of their first letting invoice with Cherry Lets.

Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions:

  • The referrer must be over 18 and have obtained the consent from the Landlord to pass over their contact details.
  • We will also advise the Landlord that if they do proceed with Cherry Lets and their property is let that they will receive £50 off of their first letting invoice.
  • The referrer contacts referrals@cherry-lets.co.uk with the Landlord name, address and email or telephone number.
  • The Landlord completes a valuation appointment with Cherry Lets within six months of the referral.
  • The Landlord can only be referred once every six months, in the event that a Landlord is referred more than once, only the first person to refer the Landlord will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme.
  • The Landlord cannot be an existing Landlord with Cherry Lets.
